Questions
Good to know before you book
How much space does the van need?
A flat, firm space about 7 metres long and 3 metres wide, with access a van can drive on. A driveway, car park or firm lawn is perfect.
Do you need electricity?
No. The van runs on its own power, so you do not need to provide a socket.
How many people can you serve?
Roughly 100 to 150 cones an hour. For very large events we will plan the timings with you.
How far do you travel?
We cover Cambridge and the surrounding towns and villages. Further afield is fine too, there may be a small travel charge.
Do you cater for allergies?
Our products contain milk, and some toppings contain nuts, gluten or soya. Ask us for the full allergen list before your event and speak to our staff on the day. Every scoop flavour is vegetarian.
How do I secure my date?
Once you are happy with the quote, a small deposit secures the booking. The balance is paid on the day by cash or card.
What if it rains?
We serve in light rain. If the weather is truly awful we will talk to you about moving the date.
Can I see your certificates?
Yes. We send our insurance, food hygiene and DBS certificates to schools, venues and organisers on request.
